A webinar on ‘Challenges in Designing & Implementing e-learning Solutions for Health’ took place at Hotel Platinum Grand in Dhaka on Tuesday, organized by mPower Social Enterprises in collaboration with SPIDER and Stockholm University.
The purpose of this session was to highlight Bangladesh’s achievements in implementing health solutions around e-learning at scale so that African countries can learn from our experience. Also, speakers from different countries joined as well shared their experiences at the webinar. The session was telecast globally where researchers, academicians, development partners, ICT organizations and eHealth enthusiasts will participate to learn from the distinguished speakers.
Dr. Bruce Dahlman who is an advisor at Ministry of Health, UK & Director at Digital African Health Library joined webinar as the Keynote Speaker. The session was chaired by Dr. AM Zakir Hussain, Chief Executive Officer,SocialSector Management Foundation. Kanta Devi, Social & Behavior Change Communication Advisor, Plan International, Bangladesh; SaiqaSiraj, Country Director, Nutrition International, Bangladesh & Dr. Najmus Sahar Sadiq, Head of Health and Nutrition Programme, BRAC International joined too as panelists to share insightful remarks.
